Position: Agile and Data Warehouse Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Client/Group:  Bank of America

Length: 6 months+

Rate: Negotiable on W2, depending on experience

Description: Responsible for overseeing a series of projects within the Enterprise Credit Risk Technology organization. Assess and advise on improving process and methodologies of current project management implications throughout project timeline; including development of strategies, readiness assessment, status reporting, risks/issues tracking, and development of training and communications. Works with other project managers to identify redundancies, cross project intersecting dependencies and duplications of efforts across projects and eliminate.

Acts as an Agile coach to the project team. Able to motivate project teams to build cooperative work teams. Able to identify, develop, and direct team members’ strengths, technological resources and organizational processes to build teams.

Advanced in the use of project management software/ concepts.

Comprehensive knowledge of large data warehouses.

Strong communication skills to work with senior management to deliver requirements.

Strong analytical, problem solving, quality management, and organizational skills.

Comprehensive understanding of project management theory and team dynamics.

Proven ability to effectively collaborate with others, initiate action and adapt to change.

Proven ability to make tough decisions and accept challenging assignments.

Demonstrated ability to accurately provide estimate costs and develop and implement project plans within budgetary guidelines.

4 year degree.

Over 5-7 years Project/Program management experience, Agile experience, Agile coach preferred and PMP certification a nice to have.
