TEKsystems is currently looking for an Agile Coach to join us on our Global Services offering. The Agile Coach will be working with large local financial clients. Minimum qualifications are listed below.  Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree• Agile certification from one or more organizations like Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, PMI or Scaled Agile Academy • 3+ years of large scale Agile coaching experience• Hands on experience with a range of agile methods (Scrum, XP, Kanban) within multiple environments/organizations • 10+ years overall project management and/or development experience with working knowledge of various methodologies and processes• String knowledge of end to end software development lifecycle• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship building, collaboration and conflict resolution skills• Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones and achieving results with off-shore teams.
